Did you know that Powerslide made the first carbon fibre freestyle skate? They named it the Hardcore 1100 as it weighed 1100 grams. The mould originated from an aggressive model called Deshi and Powerslide has developed it to be one of the leading freestyle models on the market, the Powerslide Hardcore Evo Pro 110 skates. In this case; the 110 refers to the size of the wheels.
The shell is made of reinforced carbon fibre and kevlar and is heat moldable to your foot (use caution when doing this yourself!) with a 5mm heel lift for optimum positioning and manoeuvrability.
The cuff offers excellent lateral support thanks to the "arcade construction" on both sides, which shows a big cavity from the front view. This unique construction provides stiffness in critical areas while keeping the overall weight of the cuff low.
Cosmetically this version, first released in 2022, has some updates. The leather vinyl is complimented by a TPU welding reinforcing the boot for better freestyle performance and a mesh for better ventilation.
The built-in liner has specially placed three-layer padding with 3D anatomical speed foam for comfort and is heat moldable to get the best fit possible.
A series of buckles and straps help secure the foot in place in the Hardcore EVO skate with surgical precision, including the new cuff buckle taken from an aggressive model called the Shadow.
This version of the HC Evo includes the new Nova 260 frame. The Nova 260mm/3x110mm frame makes the most of the three-wheel setup. The 260mm frame length and large wheel size provide a smooth and responsive ride every time while maintaining control and manoeuvrability, even at high speeds.
